Meet Judy, the visionary behind Elevation HR. In December 2018, Judy moved to Grande Prairie from South Africa with her husband, three children, and two dogs. She loves running, staying active, and singing in the car with her kids. Judy has a deep appreciation for the Grande Prairie community and enjoys being an active part of it.

Judy obtained her MBA with electives in Human Resources, including Organizational Learning and Development, Change Management, and Strategic Human Resource Management. In 2023, she also completed her studies in Employment Law through Athabasca University. With 18 years of experience in Strategic and Human Resources Management, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to both the profession and the people it serves.

Judy works closely with business owners, boards, and leadership teams to build practical, people-centred HR foundations that support sustainable growth. She specializes in strategic HR consulting, organizational design, policy development, performance management, workplace investigations, and navigating complex employee relations. Her approach is thoughtful, balanced, and grounded in real-world experience, helping organizations manage risk, lead through change, and foster healthy workplace cultures.

Currently, she is on the path to obtaining her Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. By achieving this designation, she aims to further elevate the standards of professionalism and expertise she brings to her role.

Charlotte was born and raised in Grande Prairie and enjoys traveling and golfing. She cherishes time with her husband and family, finding joy and balance in their shared adventures.

She is a dedicated and accomplished professional known for her exceptional leadership and people skills. Her commitment to excellence and passion for fostering strong relationships have solidified her reputation as a formidable force in the industry.

Charlotte has spearheaded numerous personal and professional development programs, specializing in communication skills and third-party resolution. Her ability to design and implement effective training programs, both on-site and off-site, has greatly benefited clients and their employees.

As a qualified mediator with extensive conflict resolution training, Charlotte excels in navigating complex situations with grace and expertise.  She is renowned for delivering engaging, practical workshops focused on Communication, Emotional Intelligence, and Accountability in the Workplace. She is especially known for her tailored approach to larger team workshops, working closely with organizations to design sessions that reflect their culture, challenges, and goals.
